    Cookie Policy

This site sets no analytics or tracking cookies until you actively accept them. You can change your mind at any time on this page.

    Change or withdraw your consent

Your current choice: no choice made yet.

Declining stops the analytics scripts loading. If they were already loaded in this tab, close or reload the page to clear them, then remove any remaining cookies in your browser.

    What we set without consent

    • signet-cookie-consent — stored in your browser's local storage, not sent to us. It records whether you accepted or declined analytics so we do not ask again on every visit. It is removed when you reset your choice or clear site data.

The site verification tags used by Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools are static meta tags. They set no cookies and store nothing in your browser.

Analytics cookies — only after you accept

If you press Accept, we load two analytics services. Neither script is added to the page before that.

    Microsoft Clarity (clarity.ms)

Clarity records how pages are used, including session replay of interactions such as clicks and scrolling. Microsoft currently identifies the following cookies: _clck and _clsk (first-party, to connect a visitor and their page views into a session), and CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID and SM (set by Microsoft to identify a browser or device, synchronise identifiers across Microsoft services and check whether analytics data is being handled correctly). Microsoft’s current public table does not state expiry durations for these cookies, so we do not state any here; durations are controlled by Microsoft and may change. The current list is published at Microsoft’s Clarity cookies documentation.

When you accept, we also send Microsoft’s consent signal with analytics storage granted and advertising storage denied. Advertising consent is never enabled on this site. Microsoft retains Clarity playback data for 30 days, and click, heatmap and labelled or favourited session data for up to nine months.

    Opinly (static.opinly.ai)

The Opinly pixel sets no cookies. It stores a random, anonymous UUID in first-party local storage in your browser to recognise repeat page views, and captures page views, clicks, and the field names and counts of form submissions. It can hash a recognised email address unless the form is excluded from capture — our enquiry form is marked so that Opinly does not capture it. What is captured is documented at Opinly’s capture documentation. Opinly’s privacy notice describes product analytics and event logs as typically retained for up to 24 months.

    Managing cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not affect your ability to use this site or to send an enquiry.

How we handle the personal data behind these services is set out in our Privacy Policy.
