    Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this website and explain how enquiries, quotations and acceptance work before any movement begins.

    Who operates this site

This site is operated by Signet Secure Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17268258, based in London. Contact: operations@signet-secure.co.uk or 020 3355 4994.

    Using this website

    • The content here is provided for general information about our services and may change without notice.
    • You may read, print and share the pages for your own or your organisation's use. Text, images and branding remain our property or that of our licensors.
    • Do not attempt to disrupt the site, to access it by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it, or to submit unlawful content through the enquiry form.
    • The enquiry form asks you not to submit serial numbers, exact security details or other sensitive specifics. Please respect that.

Nothing here is an offer to carry

No page, price indication or description on this site is an offer to carry, and sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Each engagement is assessed and accepted individually.

    Quotation, acceptance and custody

Following an enquiry we assess the movement and, where we can accept it, issue a quotation. The quotation, the acceptance and the agreed custody terms are confirmed in writing before custody of any item begins. Until that written confirmation is in place, no movement is booked and no item should be handed over.

Engagements typically start from £5,000, with no fixed upper limit. Consignment value and custody terms are agreed directly with each client, and every movement is assessed, quoted individually and accepted in writing before custody begins.

    Customs and international movements

International movements are undertaken only after prior assessment. Customs declarations, export and import formalities, duties, taxes and any licences or permits required for the items are the responsibility of the client or the client’s appointed agent. We will carry the documentation provided to us, but we do not act as your customs agent and we do not prepare or verify declarations on your behalf.

    Accuracy and third-party links

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we give no assurance that every page is complete or current. Where we link to third-party sites, we are not responsible for their content.

    Privacy

Personal data submitted through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

    Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you deal with us as a consumer, nothing here removes any mandatory rights or protections available to you under the law of your country of residence.
